Description

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is planning to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of spare parts and associated repair services for the AN/ALQ-156 (V)1,2,3 and AN/ALQ-156A (V)1 Radio Frequency (RF) Counter measures System. The proposed action is for a five (5)-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government does not possess a complete Technical Data Package (TDP); the proposed source is BAE Systems (BAE ), Nashua, NH. BAE acquired Lockheed Sanders, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the AN/ALQ-156 and thereby took possession of the proprietary technical data essential for the fabrication, production, test and repair of the required spare parts.
