- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)/Office of Investigations has a requirement for Psychological Services in order to assist ICE certified undercover program and other associated ICE programs. The Contractor must be a licensed Psychologist and have extensive experience working with and evaluating law enforcement personnel who have constant access to graphic images of child abuse and exploitation. The Contractor shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks: 1) Provide assessments to Cyber Crimes Center (C3) and Law Enforcement Support Center (LESC) employees to determine suitability of effectively dealing with child exploitation and critical incidents cases. 2) Provide periodic wellness reviews to gauge the C3 and LESC employee?s stress management capability when dealing with child exploitation and critical incident cases. This is a full and open requirement utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 15. The period of performance shall be a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) twelve-month option periods.
