Description
The government is seeking sources to provide Short Take-Off and Landing (STOL-minimum 3,500ft) fixed-wing passenger, cargo, or passenger and cargo services for DoD agencies on an ?as required? basis to locations throughout the Horn of Africa region with a total allowable cabin load of 3,250 pounds. Missions will be flown on an irregular basis with typically 2 ? 5 missions flown per month. The contractor shall transport up to seven passengers and personal baggage per mission. Personal baggage is limited to 250 pounds per passenger. Aircraft must be capable of transporting passenger/cargo loads in extreme hot and cold temperature conditions that include high altitudes with mountain ranges up to 15,000 ft AGL.
