Description

The 700 Contracting Squadron at Ramstein AB, Germany plans to purchase 66 each Defibrillators. The model requested is the LIFEPAK 500 AED, Model # LP500 Ready Kit. Must be 50Hz. ***This is the only brand acceptable. To include 1 lithium battery pack, 1 soft carry case, and 1 additional pair of QUIK-COMBO electrodes. The following accessories are also requested: a.) AED Wall Mount bracket. P/N 3009767-001. 66 each b.) AED Placard. P/N 3012394-000. 66 each. The items will be shipped to various bases as outlined below: Aviano AB, Italy -- 15 each RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom -- 8 each RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom -- 13 each (shipment will go to RAF Lakenheath, however package designation will specify that it is for RAF Mildenhall) Lajes Air Field, Azores -- 4 each (if cannot ship Fed Ex to Lajes, shipment will go to Ramstein with package designation specifying it is for Lajes) Spangdahlem AB, Germany -- 4 each Ramstein AB, Germany -- 15 each Incirlik AB, Turkey -- 7 each (shipment will go to Ramstein AB, Germany, however package designation will specify that it is for Incirlik AB, Turkey).
