- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00167-04-Q-0587 applies and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21 as well as DCN 20040113. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 421690 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001, QTY (320) EA; Quantegy Magnetic Tape, #795-57GJ3G (Brand Name or Equal). Delivery is F.O.B. Destination and is required 30 days ARO. Final inspection will be at NSWCCD/ATD 740 Mullet Dr. Cape Canav! eral, Florida 32920. Selection for award will be based on price and past performance. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
