- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to obtain software maintenance services to support brand name wInsight software. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A), the services are available from only one source, the manufacturer of the software, C/S Solutions. C/S Solutions demonstrates a unique capability to provide the software maintenance services mentioned above. The initial period of performance is from date of award to 8 May 2005, with four one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Note 22. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued under the number AM888841970100. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 & 23. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) plans to issue a purchase order under the test program described in FAR 13.5 for the contractor to provide the following brand name items: wInsight stand alone maintenance - 29 ea, wInsight administrative stand alone maintenance - 16 ea, C/S Glue, MSP 98/00/02 - 11 ea, C/S Glue Viewer, stand alone maintenance - 29 ea, Risk + Version 2 - 10 ea, wInsight Web Sets - 100 ea, Option for same - May 2005 through May 2006 Option for same - May 2006 through May 2007 Option for same - May 2007 through May 2008 Option for same - May 2008 through May 2009 The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors?Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis with only one award made to the lowest price offeror who meets the requirement for all line items. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification?Commercial Items, with their offer.
