- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 315222 - $27.5 million. Brand Name or Equal items are acceptable, complete literature must be provided to the Government at the time the solicitation is submitted. This requirement is for a fixed price contract for (4) FOUR line items with a quantity of 558 EACH as follows: CLIN 0001: (5.11) TACTICAL PANTS (KAKI) Model number 74251, manufacturer is 5.11 Tactical. Shirt requires DHS Logo on left chest (embroidered) Miami Field Office on top of logo (embroidered), ICE/DRO on bottom of logo (embroidered). CLIN 0002: (5.11) TACTICAL POLO SHIRT (NAVY BLUE) W/ DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS) LOGO Model Number 41060, (Non-Fade with Pen slots (2) on left sleeve, manufacturer is 5.11 Tactical. Navy Blue with DHS Logo in front (embroidered) Homeland Security on back (embroidered). CLIN 0003: FLEX-FIT BALL-CAP (NAVY-BLUE) W. DHS LOGO. CLIN 004: RAID-JACKET (NAVY-BLUE) W. BADGE AND FRONT /BACK PRINT. Navy Blue Windbreakers with FLEECE liner. New ICE badge with Velcro on left chest (embroidered). POLICE on both sleeves in ?Gold/Yellow? (silk-screen). POLICE ICE on back (silk-screen) 4? POLICE and ICE on back. Vendor must be available to accommodate agents for fitting (measurements and alterations in Miami FL. Vendor must also already be approved by the DHS Branding Committee to be able to use the DHS Logo. The solicitations will be evaluated on the following factors listed in order of importance: Specifications Provided, Delivery Schedule, and Price. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. All responsible sources may submit a quote. All Contractors submitting a quotation are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award.
