- Group Detroit/USCGC Bristol Bay/USCGC Hollyhock Commuter Van Service Statement of Work This is a request for a Maintenance Service Agreement for commuter van service for the period 01 Nov 04 to 30 Sep 05. The commuter van service shall include the following: Provide one (1) van, 10-passenger occupancy, for commuter van service. This vehicle will be used to transport USCGC BRISTOL BAY personnel from the Sebille housing community and Selfridge Air National Guard Base to 110 Mt Elliott Ave, Detroit MI and return, approximate mileage 60 miles round trip. The Coast Guard will provide a driver for the van from a member of the BRISTOL BAY crew. Provide one (1) van, 10-passenger occupancy, for commuter van service. This vehicle shall be used to transport Coast Guard personnel assigned to USCG Group, Aids to Navigation Team, Marine Safety Office and Electronics Support Detachment. It will transport these people from Sebille housing area and Selfridge ANGB to 110 Mt Elliott Ave, Detroit MI and return. The approximate distance is 60 miles round trip. The Coast Guard will provide a driver for the van. Provide one van, 10-passenger occupancy, for commuter van service. This vehicle will be used to transport USCGC HOLLYHOCK personnel from the Sebille housing community to their pier at Foot of Lincoln Ave, Port Huron, MI and return. The approximate daily distance is 70 miles round trip. The Coast Guard will provide a driver for the van from a member of the HOLLYHOCK crew. Provide one (1) van, 10-passenger occupancy, for commuter van service. This vehicle will be used to transport USCGC HOLLYHOCK personnel from the Selfridge Air National Guard Base housing community to the ship?s pier at Foot of Lincoln Ave, Port Huron, MI and return. The approximate daily distance is 70 miles round trip. The Coast Guard will provide a driver for the van from a member of the HOLLYHOCK crew. The Coast Guard will provide a licensed duty driver for each van, for transportation of Coast Guard personnel only. Van service is typically Monday thru Friday, one trip in each direction. Due to Cutter BRISTOL BAY?s and Cutter HOLLYHOCK?s underway schedule fewer days may be required. The contract shall include all fuel, and maintenance costs. The contractor shall arrange/coordinate for routine and emergency maintenance to the vans. The contractor shall provide a credit card enabling the van drivers to purchase fuel, oil and windshields wipers when required. The company will be privately insured and will assume the risk of loss of or damage to the vehicles under the condition that they are operated lawfully and within the scope of this contract. All vans shall meet all local, state and federal vehicle safety regulations. Desire payment to be made using the Coast Guard P-card.
