Description

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to L 3 Communications. Items to be purchased: CLIN 0001 - 11 each, Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) FNBDT Office/STE with push to talk handset. This purchase order will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 28 Sep 04. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals and not a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
