Description

MOTOROLA MINITOR IV PAGERS AND ANCILLARY REPROGRAMMING EQUIPMENT: The Air Command Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Gatley Communications, 501 Industry Dr., Hampton, VA 23661, U.S.A. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334220, however the RFQ is unrestricted. All specifications must be met. ACC Contracting Squadron, LAFB has a requirement for: 96 EA SINGLE CHANNEL: MINITOR IV PAGER WITHOUT STORED VOICE - A04KUS7238, 1 year extended express warrantee beyond Motorola 1 year warrantee must be included with the same terms and conditions as the Motorola manufacturer's warrantee. 3 EA PROGRAMMING INTERFACE KIT - NLN3548 3 EA PROGRAMMING CRADLE - NYN8355 3 EA PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE AND MANUAL--6880309 Shipping. Delivery shall be FOB destination to 3 locations, each receiving 1/3 of the equipment. Delivery locations are Barksdale AFB, LA, Minot AFB, ND, and Whitman AFB, MO and must be delivered 30 days after date of contract award. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified items, they must respond to this notice before 1200hrs on 25 September 2004. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that their equipment will meet the requirements stated herein. Information must be submitted to the Contracting Officer and at a minimum include equipment brochures, and company literature. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source procurement with Gately Communications will be pursued. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information.
