Description

DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD THIS SOLICITATION TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY. THEREFORE, PROPOSALS FROM BUSINESS CONCERNS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED Non-personal services for the management, labor, transportation, pickup and delivery of 1.5 liter bottled water to various locations within Iraq from approved water sources within Turkey. Approved sources are designated by the U.S. Army Veterinary Command. The Government will not accept any other sources of water accept those designated as approved by Army VetCom. This contract includes all packaging, transportation, delivery, and other related tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary for providing water to United States Army supported forces. The contractor shall order, account for, transport, and deliver 1.5 liter bottled water from approved sources. The contract will consist of a basic period (10 months) and three (12-month) option years.
