Description: The purpose of this amendment is to answer some questions. Q. What is the size of the multiple stage high pressure compressor to be incorporated in the system expressed as either or all free air delivered, charging rate or horsepower required. A. The Free Air Delivered FAD shall be a minimum of 35.0.The charging rate shall be a minimum of 42.0 SCFM based on recharging an 80 cubic foot tank from 500 to 3000 PSIG.The horsepower shall be a minimum of 30 hp with the capability to operate on 230/460 t hree phase electric. Clin 0003 the storage systems are 5000 PSI ASME cylinders and have a safety factor of 4 to 1.
