Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Tennessee Army National Guard. The USPFO for Tennessee has a requirement to furnish, install, maintain and provide maintenance for Frame Relay service throughout the State of Tennessee in support of the Rese rve Component Automation System (RCAS. There are 100 locations that require Frame Relay circuits and broadband service to establish Frame Relay circuits to home run to Nashville Armory. The locations and the circuit specifications will be identified in t he solicitation. The Committed Information Rate (CIR) requirements are: minimum of 256K and maximum of 512k; All circuits will be T-1 (1.55mb). The services under this solicitation will be for a term of one (1) base year with four (4) option years, not to exceed a total contract period of five (5) years. The solicitation package will be issued via the web only at www.nationalguardcontracting.org.. All contractors interested in this Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DRAR) 204.7302 Policy, a firm m ust be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System before it can be awarded this contract.
