Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a solicitation for Security Systems Operation, Maintenance and Technical Support services of BEP’s standalone and integrated security systems. The requirement will include the following: (1) access control/intrusion detection; (2) closed circuit television; (3) digital video recording system; (4) video badging system; (5) configuration management system; and (6) all associated computer software, hardware, firmware and peripheral devices (alarm sensor, cameras, printers, etc.). Technical Support Services may include analysis, design, installation, testing, training, and interface/integration services to support the BEP’s requirements for enhancement and/or upgrade of the security systems. BEP anticipates issuing the subject solicitation on or before June 1, 2004 for a Firm Fixed-Price contract with separately priced line items (time and materials-T&M). The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Website at www.eps.gov. Interested sources may submit a written request to be placed on the mailing list so they can be notified when the solicitation has been released. All responsible sources may submit an offer upon receipt of the solicitation, which, shall be considered by the Agency.
