Description

The Government seeks to award a sole source twelve month firm fixed-price contract to the City of San Diego, City Treasurer's office for a secure intranet network utilized by over 50 local, state and federal agencies in the San Diego, California area. This announcement is for informational purposes only. No solicitation is available. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is within the discretion of the Government. Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the secure intranet network service. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 518210; Size Standard is $21.0 Million. Closing date or response date for this synopsis/quotation ACL-4-Q-0033 is September 28, 2004 at 1:30pm, Pacific Time. Only written responses will be accepted.
