Description: The VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY Medical Center at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 intends to award a sole source contract to Philips Medical Systems, in accordance with FAR 13 for a Support/Maintenance agreement for Hewlett Packard physiological monitoring equipment located in the SICU, OR, ER, PACU, Observation Suite, 9C, 8A, and Step Down Unit in 5C. The agreement provides on-site parts inventory and unlimited phone, technical and maintenance support, including OEM parts. This agreement will be for one year. Third party firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that they have the experience and technical expertise to provide support for this critical equipment. All responses must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 pm on September 30, 2004.
