Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutions): 2 each, Solid State Amplifier, pn SVC500, 100-500 MHz, 500 Watts minimum, 57dB, 250 Watt linear power, prime power 115 VAC +/-10%, 50/60 Hz, single phase (4KVA power consumption), 50 ohms, type N femail RF I/O connectors, air cooled, self contained, AM/FM/Pulse, rack mount: 14 in H x 19 in W x 27in D, -20dBc linea r power, +/- 5dB. FOB Destination. Net 30 with Credit Card Option for Payment. Offers are due no later than 1300 hours, Tuesday, 28 September 2004 and shall be submitted electronically at virginia.miller@epg. army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Of fers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance and Price.
