- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for one 16 ft x 24 ft Polarhaven (or equal) shelter. Complete with tubular metal frame, 1 piece insulated blue nylon cover, 2 H-type wind kits, 36 inch insulated metal p ersonnel door, 2 V-vents, one 6 inch stove pipe collar and flange. Matching 16 ft x 24 ftHFS5 floor system. 35,000 BTU oil fired heater with fuel line and filter. To include all packaging and shipping to zip code 12302.
