Description

The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for the Umatilla Chemical Depot, OR. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange service s provider, certified by the state of Oregon, shall provide local commercial communications service for Umatilla Depot, OR, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial subscriber lines, Digital trunks and transport se rvices. All responsible sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged, and/or women-owned business. For this acquisition a concern will be considered small under North American Industry Classi fication System (NAICS) under 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 25 September 2004. The solicitation can be viewed and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry web site.
