- The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, C-130J Aircraft Project Office Contracting Office, Elizabeth City, NC hereby announces the following general categories of services and spares which have been forecasted to be procured during the Fiscal Year 2005. These services and spares may be procured multiple times throughout the Fiscal year 2005 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Acquisitions in excess of $25,000.00 will be advertised. However those acquisitions subject to NAFTA will not be subject to the 40 day period of time between publication of the synopsis and receipt of offers as this notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.203(h). Forecasted contract actions for services to repair, overhaul, or purchase C-130J components such as, but not limited to, the following: airframe, engine, avionics, gearbox, hydraulics, and electrical system parts and components.
