Description

This project entails work to be performed (including on call maintenance) on telephone systems at the USDA Forest Service Building in Albuquerque, NM. Currently, the models in use are the Siemens PBX Models 80 and Model 30. Maintenance will be required for an additional 150 telephone systems. Responsive offeror shall be a Certified Enterprise Partner with Siemens and maintenance personnel must be Siemens certified. Response time must be as follows: (1) During business hours (0800-1700) the response time must be no greater thirty minutes. (2) After hours and holidays the response time must be no greater than 1 hour (60 minutes). (3) Siemens Certified maintenance personnel must be on site every Wednesday morning for 4 hours to do preventative maintenance and routine work orders.
