Description
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SPECIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: SAC MEMOREIAL CHAPEL, SOUND REINFORCEMENT AND VIDEO SYSTEM Item 1. Reference Specification Section 01202 Add paragraph 'D' to this section as follows; D. One, PRO-CO model RM1602-BCQ-(Cable length as required) microphone and line level snake containing sixteen microphone receptacles and two 1/4" line level receptacles. CAPEHART CHAPEL, SOUND REINFORCEMENT AND VIDEO SYSTEM Item 2. Reference Specification Section 01202 Add paragraph 'D' to this section as follows: D. Once, PRO-CO model RM1600-BCM-(Cable length as required) microphone snake containing sixteen microphone receptacles. END OF ADDENDUM Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0209 is issued as a request for quotation. The contractor will furnish all equipment, material, and labor for sound systems in Offutt Air Force Base' Capehart and SAC chapels in accordance with provided sound engineer specifications. See SCHEDULE A for materials list. A site visit will be held at the Capehart Chapel; 25th Street and Capehart Road; Bellevue, NE at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday 23 September. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday 28 September. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: chandra.harms@offutt.af.mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 238210 and $12 Million. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds.
