***ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO AMSAM-AC-LS-MC, Valorie Ritchey, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 256-876-5287. E-MAIL ( valorie.ritchey@redstone.army.mil ). ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** This requirement was synopsized on 11 Aug 04 and amended on 13 Aug 04. It is hereby amended as follows: System: TOW, PRON: D14N5070 and PRON D14N5082D1, Nomenclature: SENSOR ASSEMBLY, NSN: 1440-01-271-7225, P/N: 13281211. The current known quantity fo r this item is changed from 41 each to 202 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for three (3) years for a total maximum quantity of 302 each. Delivery schedule is 245 days after contract award. 100 days for delivery of first article, 45 days testing and 100 days for delivery of production quantity. Delivery Schedule without first article, 100 days after contract award. Destination will be furnished. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality r equirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
