- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement contitutes the only solicitation and is issued as an RFQ. The applicable NAICS code is 334611 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Department of State requires commercially available content management system software with the following minimum features: Generates 508 Compliant code; Coldfusion MX or Coldfusion MX 2004 based/compatible; Able to access and edit HTML/CF code; Server Clustering compatible; Verity Search built in or other search engine; Technical support and training available; Portal Friendly, Able to manage 60,000+ files, Templates; Content contributor / webmaster login based security; Creates real web log files for web statistical & analysis reporting purposes; Can manage custom coldfusion applications; Output static HTML; SQL Compatible; Auto conversion tool for legacy data strongly preferred; and CSS Compatible. The product must be available for delivery within thirty days ARO. Award will be best value based on ability to meet technical specificationsl price, and delivery terms. Quotations are requested and should be e-mailed to MejiaKJ@state.gov. Quotations should be received no later than 9:00 a.m., EST, September 30, 2004. Quotations received after this date and time will not be considered. FAR clauses 52.212-1, Insturctions to Offerors--Commercial; 52.212-3 Offeror Reps and Certs--Commercial Items, and 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Vendors should be prepared to supply a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 upon request. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to FAR clause 52.212-5 (52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.225-3, Alt II, 52.232-34).
