Description

The VA Visn 22 Network Business Center intends to negotiate sole source procurement in accordance with the FAR Part 13 with GE Medical under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for the warranty of a MUSE System located at the VA Las Vegas Healthcare System, 630 S. Rancho Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89108. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM, October 12, 2004. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing by facsimile at (562) 826-5828.
