Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii) Solicitation FA4800-04-T-0030 is issued as a Commercial Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. (iv)This acquisition will be unrestricted. The NAICS code is 532120 with a size standard of $21.5 Million. (v) 1 ?Office Trailer Lease with Furniture (6 months), Rental of 2 trailers; Furniture (Sofa (1 each), Chair (2 each), CK Table, End Table (2 each), Refrigerator, Lamp, Ex Desk (6 each), Ex Chair (6 each), Task Chair (6 each), Side Chair (8 each), Book Case (6 each), Conference Table (1 each), Comp Desk (6 each); Septic Tank Rental (2 each), Septic Tank Service (48 each); Shower unit in one trailer (1 each) 2 ? Tear Down and Removal (2 each), Return Freight Charges For Trailers, Return Freight Charges For Septic Tanks, Return Freight Charges For Furniture, Site Restoration and Capping of Utilities (vi) n/a (vii) The date of delivery shall be no later 1 Oct 04 to 1 CES, 37 Sweeny Blvd; Langley AFB, VA 23665-2091; FOB Destination. Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The Government will award a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price factors considered.
