Description

This is a Sources Sought. 21 Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, CO has a requirement for Custom Software Maintenance. Provide software maintenance and upgrades to USAF Academy Band operation, supply, library, publicity, and transportation Microsoft Access Databases. The databases have to evolve through operating system and Microsoft Office upgrades. The exchange export functionality of the databases has to remain opertional in an upgrade from exchange server 5.5 to 2003. Needs to have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Access Workgroups for security, all (ADO), Visual Basic for Applications and Visual Basic 6 and .Net. Must provide already functional back-up systems/strategies and be able to devote the vast majority of it's contracted time to actual software maintenance and upgrades. Experience in USAFA Band Microsoft Access Databases and Air Force Band logistics and operations methods and procedures. Provide services, material, and labor required for custom computer software maintenance for 10 hours service a month. Provide same day on-site support. Performance period from 1 Oct 04 to 30 Sep 05. All items and associated quantities as specified or Equal. NAICS is 541511. This is 100% small business set aside. Interested parties should respond no later than September 29, 2004.
