Description

This is a notice that the Government intends to award a contract to Motorola, Inc., 7031 Columbia Gateway Drive, Columbia, MD 21046 for eleven Astro Spectra Plus Mobile Radio W9 to include T04QKH9SW9, G806, G51, G361. Due to the proprietary nature o f the existing equipment and the items above are only available from Motorola, Inc., and is the only known source that can meet our requirement. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Sou rce and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitaion or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties must respond by 8:00 a.m MST on 29 September 2004. See Note 22.
