Description

This 100% Small Business Set-aside solicitation is for a 5 year IDIQ Requirements contract for the following spare parts to the M9 Pistol: NOUN: Lever, Breechblock, NSN: 1005-01-204-4360, P/N: 9346470 and Ejector, Cartridge; NSN: 1005-01-204-4362; PN : 9346472. Guaranteed quantities: 5,806 each Lever, Breechblock and 2,100 each Ejector, Cartridge. Lever, Breechblock is manufactured form steel carbon strip alloy 1030 per ASTM A682, grain size 5-8. Size is approximately 1.28mm thick x 17.6mm x 17.9mm. Ejector is manufactured from steel sheeting, alloy 4320 or 43L20 per ASTM A29 grain size 5-8. Size is approximately 2.5mm x13.3mm x 42.1mm. FOB is Destination with delivery schedules to be included in the solicitation. Estimated issue date is 15 Octob er 2004. The solicitation will incorporate a Technical Data Package (TDP) for these items which will be viewed with the solicitation via the internet. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardc opies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued ele ctronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet a ddress in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
