Description: The Government proposes to procure effort associated with the incorporation of AMPEP Bearing Notice of Revision into drawings and technical manuals for the AH-64D program. The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Mc Donnell Douglas Helicopter Company, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Kerry, AMSAM-AC-AP-B. All responsible source s may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered note(s) 22, 23, and 26.
