- Description
- The Department of the Army intends to solicit Data Link Solutions (DLS), Wayne, NJ, for production of the Receiver-Transmitter Subassembly (RTSA), p/o the AN/GSQ-240A(C) Radio Set (JTIDS Class 2M Terminal). The NSN for this item is 5820-01-437-8866. This will be a five year, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling price of $20M. Parties interested in competing against DLS for this Contract shall submit written documentation to the POCs indicated belo w. This documentation shall demonstrate that the interested party has previously manufactured these items in the past, or has the ability to manufacture the RTSA to the latest configuration baseline. The Government does not possess the configuration base line data, repair procedures, or technical data, etc. for the RTSA. To the Government's knowledge, only DLS has this data and these procedures.
