Description

OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, and SECURED PARKING in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. NC-S-05-0323 The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 58,150 Rentable square feet of office/warehouse space, consisting of approximately 5,150 square feet of common use space, 37,000 BOMA usable square feet of office space, 16,000 BOMA usable square feet of Warehouse space, and 62,000 square feet of secured wareyard along with 204 employee parking spaces and 24 visitor parking spaces in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. The space must be located within the following area: Beginning at the intersection of Interstate 90 and Atlas Road proceeding north to Hayden Avenue proceeding east to Strahorn Road, that becomes 4th Street, proceeding south to Dalton Avenue proceeding east to 15th Street proceeding south to Interstate 90 proceeding westerly to Government Way proceeding south to Harrison Avenue proceeding west to the future intersection with Northwest Blvd then proceeding northwest to Interstate 90 proceeding west to the point of beginning. The lease term will be 20 years firm term. The space offered must meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in the 100 year floodplain.
