Description

Department of the Treasury – Financial Management Service (FMS) has a requirement for software maintenance on Connexion Software, currently in use at the FMS’ facility in Austin, TX. FMS holds a perpetual license for the software from VectorSGI, Inc. The requirement includes all modifications, enhancements, upgrades, solutions, and new releases as issued. Period of performance will be for one year, plus four one-year option periods, commencing on 10/1/2004. A firm fixed price contract using commercial procedures is anticipated as a result of this announcement. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation, being released in accordance with FAR part 12.6. A separate solicitation package will not be issued. Incumbent Contractor: Vector/SGI, Inc. 15301 Dallas Parkway, Suite 400, Addison, TX, 75001-4687. NAICS code for this requirement is 511210.
