- Solicitation SP0750-05-R-3345 is a Small Business Set-Aside for NSN 2540-01-185-6119, STOWAGE TRAY, PIONEER TOOL. USED ON HMMWV: M966; M998; M1038; M1025; M1026; M1035; M1045; M1043; M1044 AND M1046 MODLES. IAW TACOM drawing 19207 12340288 and all related data. The quantity is 2100 each which includes a 100% Option Quantity (possibly 4200 each total) IF EXERCISED. Requested delivery is 130 days ADO to New Cumberland, PA. NSN requires ORIGIN inspection and acceptance and FOB DESTINATION. First Article Testing-contractor Clause I09A03 applies: THREE (3) UNITS 45 days. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of OCTOBER 14, 2004 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
