Description: Coeur d?Alene River Ranger District, Kootenai County, Idaho. This project requires in-stream restoration work in Burnt Cabin Creek. In-stream work will consist of installing a variety of pool forming and habitat enhancement structures in both wet and dry channels. The work will also include excavating sections of a dry stream channel and spreading the material on the floodplain and transplanting vegetation. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except logs and logs with rootwads), and incidentals to perform all work specified herein. Estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work date is August 15, 2005, with estimated contract time of 60 calendar days.
