Description: The Government intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis with At Hoc Inc, under authority of FAR 6.302, a purchase order for AtHoc Enterprise Notifications Suite V6.0 Standard Edition Server Site License, AtHoc Enterprise Notifications Suite v6.0 Developoment Server License, annual software maintenance and 24/7 technical support on or about 12 Noon Central Daylight Savings Time 30 September 2004. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Numbered Note #22 applies.
