Description

05R6001 ? Affymetrix Assurance Service and annual software license This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8604-05-R-6001. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 effective 19 July 04 and Class Deviation 2004-o0001 and DFARS Change Notice 20040917. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. NAICS Code: 339111. This is a sole source procurement to Affymetrix, 3380 Central Expressway, Santa Clara, CA 95051. Affymetrix is the designer, developer, manufacturer, seller and only maintenance provider for the following items.
