PRON: AX4C0649AX, NSN: 304-01-117-7358, PN: 145C3340-7 QUANTITY: Min: 39 each/Max: 195; 5 Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, applicabl e to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to Boeing, Cage Code 77272 and Apache Enterprises, Inc Cage Code 62810, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activit y in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Ar ticle Testing is 39 each, 300 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 39 each, 209 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 39 each, 300 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item describe d above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Re quest (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
