Required delivery with First Article Testing is 67 each, 188 days after Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
