Description: Contractor shall be capable of identifying specific chemical and/or physical components of the product in question and make possible recommendations regarding workable solutions. All laboratories shall be equipped to perform a complete analysis of petroleum and related products in accordance with applicable U.S. Government and commercial specifications and standards to include the following: aviation turbine fuels, gasolines, middle distillates (diesel fuel, kerosene, fuel oils), residual fuel oils, lubricating oils/engine oils, and petroleum additives. The period of performance is February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006 with four one-year options to renew.
