Description

Synopsis created for Installation of Existing Miracle Playground Equipment at the Temporary Lodging Facility (TLF), Dyess Air Force Base, TX. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated with full & open competition. Some construction will be required to include installing and cementing playground poles, installing concrete slab and Vitriturf pour in place surfacing. Prospective contractors will be required to submit certification to install playground equipment in the State of Texas. This is classified under the North American Industry Classification System 237990, with a Small Business size standard of $28,500,000 or less annual gross income. It is anticipated that the solicitation (FA4661-04-R-0033) will be issued electronically on or about 18 October 2004 on the government's Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Requests for solicitations by telephone will not be honored. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. It is highly recommend to register at www.BPN.gov immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
