The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, materials, and equipment, supplies and other items to operate as a unisex Barber Shop located at the Non-Commissioned Officer's Club. The performance period will be for one-year base period, to start on or about 19 December 2004, with four (1) year option periods. The government reserves the right to exercise options.
