- This publication serves as a notice to procure on a sole source basis to FATS, Inc. for the following items: Quantity of 3 each LCD projector [modified for existing system] (1018609-04); quantity of 3 each hit camera (1021365) LCD projector; quantity of 3 each ceiling mount adapter plates (10202075); to include installation [into existing system] and training. Requested delivery date is by 15 November 2004. Items contained in this synopsis/solicitation are for delivery FOB destination Gen Mitchell IAP/ARS, Milwaukee, WI 53207-6299. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Registration in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required (DFARS 252.204-7004, Alt A). Registration may be made via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or calling 1-888-227-2423. FAR and DFARS Provisions and Clauses may be viewed and/or downloaded from http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or http://www.arnet.gov/far/. Provisions FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jan 2004); FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items (May 2004) and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate (Apr 03) are applicable. Clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Oct 2003), FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items with (Deviation) (June 2004) and DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (Sep 2004), to include DFARS 252.225-7001 (Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program) in paragraph (b). Quotation due date is by 3:00 p.m. on 13 October 2004.
