Description: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide Facility Management and UH-60 Instructor Pilot/Instrument Flight Examiner services in support of aviator training at the Flight Simulator facilities, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 18 October 2004. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 8 November 2004. Period of performance is projected to be 01 January 2005 through 31 December 2005 with 4 prepriced 12-month option periods. Option periods may not be exercised due to funding constraints associated with a follow-on umbrella contract. This procurement is a Service-Disabled Vet eran-Owned Small Business Concern (SDVO SBC) set aside.
