Description

This Market Research synopsis is written to seek responsible and responsive contractors that are interested in ATF?s requirement for concierge services. Interested contractors are asked to submit in writing on company letterhead their business type, business size, Dun and Bradstreet number, and if the Small Business Administration classifies your business as small or disadvantaged business. Your firm must have the capability to provide and integrate event management software in support of 1200-1500 employees. Your firm must provide best of breed capabilities in event management, scheduling, cost accounting, visitor parking and other management services required to support 50 conference rooms, 8 large training rooms and a 300 seat auditorium. Your firm must be able to provide the necessary administrative and technical support to adequately manage this service on a workweek basis during hours of operation from 6:00AM to 6:00 PM. Prospective contractors are asked to submit suggestions on their standard pricing information whether by labor hour rate or fixed total per overall service. All responsible and responsive contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR).
