Description

The Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC, intends to procure refurbishment/ remanufacturing services for the coating of Sermetel 5380DP to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage compressor stator assemblies, 2nd and 3rd stage compressor blades, and impeller housings for the Pratt & Whitney T400 aircraft engine program for a base year plus four (4) one year options. The Government intends to procure these services from Sermatech Power Solutions, 155 S. Limerick Road, Limerick, PA 19468, on a sole source basis. Sermatech Power Solutions retains proprietary rights and is the only company approved by Pratt & Whitney Canada for compressor airfoil surface finish using Sermetel 5380DP. See Note 22.
