- THIS SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED TO BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT 07 MARCH 2002. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 61131 for this solicitation. Request for Proposals (RFP) F64605-01-R-0120 is for educational services to provide a program for Academic Skills/High School diplomas at overseas military installations in the Pacific Area. The programs desired are High School Diploma Program (Fixed Class/Tutorial/Mixed Delivery) and Academic Skills (Fixed Class/Tutorial/Mixed Delivery). The basic period of performance will be 1 August 2003 - 31 July 2004 with five one-year options to extend the contracts through 31 July 2009. This solicitation will close on or about 26 June 2002. A site visit to selected locations in Hawaii, Korea, Mainland Japan, and Okinawa is scheduled from 18 April 2002 - 3 May 2002. Questions must be submitted in writing NO LATER THAN 8 March 2002 for response at the Preproposal Conference. The pre-proposal conference will be held in Arlington, Virginia, on 20 March 2002 from 13:00 to 16:00 EST. There will also be an Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Military Institutions Informational Seminar held in Arlington, Virginia, on 19 March 2002 from 13:00 to 16:00 for all interested HBCUs/MIs.
