Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory, Miles City, Montana, requires janitorial service consisting of one base year - Eleven Months (11/01/04 - 09/30/05) and two option years consisting of twelve months each. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-003-82HW-05. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 27, 2004 BY 5:00 P.M. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The NAICS is 561720 with a small business size of no more than $14 million average annual gross revenues. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-003-82HW-05 which will be available on or about October 8, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
