Description

The VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 has a requirement for cryogen elivery to the Siemens Magnetom 63 MRI unit located on the second floor Radiology Suite, Bldg.72 for the period 12/1/04 through 9/30/05 with four options to renew for a period of one year each. Solicitation 549-11-05 will be issued as a Request for Proposal in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12. Issue date will be on or about 10/18/04. Due date will be on or about 11/18/04. Solicitation documents and amendments may be downloaded from the following URL free: www.fedbizopps.gov. No written solicitation will be available. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the website referenced herein. Subject to the availability of FY 05 funding. No telephone requests will be honored.
