Description

Project involves construction of a new training building and medical warehouse totaling 36,016 sf, a 6,338 sf Organizational Maintenance Shop(OMS, and a 1,071 sf unheated storage facility. The project will be permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, structural steel frames, masonry walls, standing seam metal roofing, mechanical systems and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include site preparation, pavement (POV & MEP), utilities, and fencing. The project will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following technical factors: Prime Contractor Experience, Prime Contractor Past Performance,and Sub-Contractor Experience in the following areas: Masonry,Electrical, and Mechanical. This solicitation is subject to the Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. NAICS is 236220. Estimated cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 M.
